Tokenframe products will be shipped from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV.
US SHIPPING
US Shipping will normally take 3 to 7 days for delivery, excluding delays due to holidays or other unforseen circumstances. Pre-ordered products will ship once they are ready. Follow us on Twitter to stay up to date on pre-orders.
You will receive a tracking code in your shipment confirmation email later this summer. Please allow 1 - 3 days for the UPS or FedEx system to update the tracking code data if it doesn't show up immediately. Tokenframe LLC is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to uncontrollable events or postal carrier errors.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
